My two favorites:

(1) MACGYVER...using a Mastercard?!?!

(2) Streaking Sheep

Thoughts anyone?

Anyone else gonna get the Gillette Fusion (Mach 5 basically) razor? I want to get it but I know that when I do Schick will come out with a 7 blade razor and then Gillette will eventually introduce a 10 blade razor..

isn't it amazing how up until a few years ago there were only one blade razors? Then 2,3, and 4 came out almost right after each other.

Am I the only one who feels no difference when using a 4 or 1 blade razor?

Bud Light commercial with the bear, revolving fridge commercial, Fed Ex commercial with the dinosaurs, and the commercial with the fans in the stadium pouring the beer.

Seriously, they're basically the same..I was actually discussing this with my Father and I said to him that Gillette and Schick are basically playing chicken with consumers trying to see who will blink first. I thought I was going to get out of the car with Sensor Excel, then Mach 3, than Mach 3 Turbo (this is a pure fucking scam, it's basically the exact same thing as Mach 3 but with a few subtle differences that seem to turn it into a lean, mean, turbo shaving machine  ) but now I'm most probably gonna get Fusion. I don't know why I'm gonna buy it but I will, even if a cartridge of 5 razors runs me about 100 bucks!

haha it's funny I just went in the shower and noticed a brand new Fusion on the counter. I have the electric one.

Those mach 3's were garbage, the only difference was the price and the color

I wasn't impressed with any of the ads this year. Commercial wise this was easily the worst superbowl ever.

I have to agree with FS on the revolving magic fridge! It was hilarious. I also liked the one with the guy who works with monkeys, talking to the woman who works with jackasses.

I'm gutted. Our TV stations always show their own scheduled advertisments. So except for that ace Mean Joe Greene Cola advert I don't think I've seen many. So cheers RRA for the link. I've just wet myself at the magic fridge.

Although what is it with Americans and 'light' beers?

The magic fridge commercial is the only one that really had me rotfl. I don't know, maybe the commercials of the past were so awesome that we've set too high a bar to achieve. I watched Saturday night the 40 funniest Superbowl Commercials. Watching them just made last night's commercials seem like nothing. That Siera Mist commercial with Kathy Griffin was beyond stupid. Can someone please explain to me why we no longer have the Budweiser horses or the frogs? They should just stick with what works.

Another good commercial were the "Ungrateful football player Leon" segments. What happened to him? Did he go the way of T.O.?

I didn't bother to watch ANY of the game and happened to put it on only during the Rolling Stones halftime show. Didn't even last through a minute of that.

I did hear about the fabulous commercials, though - only part I wish I'd caught some of.

You welcome Turi.

What, I'm the only one that liked that one Mastercard commercial?

Hey, can't we be health conscious? It's not like we want to become a nation of the fattest people ever!
