"Arthaus" released a Jim Jarmusch DVD Collection awhile back, featuring 9 of his movies. I remember seeing "Ghost Dog" few years back and liking it. Ive read reviews to Dead Man (One of DV's favs) and to Down by Law and they were all positive recommending those movies, but what about the others in this Collection? The DVD is on Sale right now for less than 40 Euros which is quite good for 9 movies...Anyways, considering the featured movies, do You guys think its worth getting? What are Your fav Jarmusch movie(s)?

I hate to say, but the only Jarmusch films I have seen are Dead Man and Coffee & Cigarettes. They were both great though; I'd love to check out more of his stuff.

"Somebody told me when the bomb hits, everybody in a two mile radius will be instantly sublimated, but if you lay face down on the ground for some time, avoiding the residual ripples of heat, you might survive, permanently fucked up and twisted like you're always underwater refracted. But if you do go gas, there's nothing you can do if the air that was once you is mingled and mashed with the kicked up molecules of the enemy's former body. Big-kid-tested, motherf--ker approved."

Damn, that's a great boxset. I wish I had it. Broken Flowers is the second best of this year so far, behind Last Days.

1) Dead Man
2) Broken Flowers
3) Coffee and Cigarettes

C&C was a very good exercise in very realistic dialogue. The best conversation is Alfred Molina and Steve Coogan, which has a perfect feeling of true humanity. My favorite is the one with Iggy Pop and Tom Waits.

I want to see Broken Flowers in theaters, I wished they would've waited abit and released the Set including Broken Flowers, but enough with the complaining, I will most propably get myself this Set for X-Mas, even though it has been an expensive month.

I'd recommend buying that set as soon as you can afford it. I've seen three of his films, Dead Man, Ghost Dog and Broken Flowers. He's fast becoming one of my favourites, and I plan on seeing more of his stuff very soon.
