Hopefully the release date will be the same here - 3 days before my birthday - I know what I want as a birthday present!!

I have actually already got Revenge of the Sith on dvd, a pirate copy I got for a fiver from some Chinese bloke on the street, but obviously you need the real thing too.

Am I alone in never having got the whole Star Wars thing??

You wouldn't have been alone but I've been "kinda" hooked now. I used to hate it but now I enjoy it (espeically III & V)

Looking back on the movie, I feel I overrated it. It had just as much unnecessary comic relief (robots saying ow?) as the other prequels and was 90% fake.

That said, I'm still buying the three prequels.

I'm gonna wait until early next year (or whenever it's released) for the 6 film box set that's gonna come out

Star Wars is probably the greatest set of movies ever.

DV - I didn't really like EpiIII that much either. People said it was the best SW flick, and that it was awesome. I was expecting alot more, or maybe something different. I don't know.

But I'm still getting the ROTS DVD, I already have the box set plus the the two-disc sets of TPM and AOTC.

I know, I think looking back, I'd give it a *** at max. Isn't it funny how all of those deadly things R2D2 had on him don't exist in the older movies? :p

There was a repeat of Conan where he was talking about the movie.

I'm totally anal about my DVDs but I figure you gotta be anal about something. I'm also waiting for the Sin City Special Edition DVD to come out either later this year or early next year instead of buying the "bare bones" DVD that comes out next month. They should just release them at the same time!

I was so pissed off when I walked into Wal-Mart yesterday, and saw that they had the first 5 Harry Potter books in a box set. I knew Amazon.com had it, but I didn't order it because I get a discount at Wal-Mart. I bought all the books seperately last week, and then they order the boxsets. I asked Eric, the Store Manager "Why the hell didn't you just order the boxsets in the first place?!?!" Ah well, at least I have the books, maybe I'll just create my own make-shift box.
