Not sure if any of you Americans have heard of this excuse for a human being, but i know any other Canadian has heard her name before. She's Canadas infamous Serial Killer and she is about to be released from prison in less than a month.

Rumor has it that she will be reales not more then 15 miles from the area that i live in.

Remember that story in England of the two ten year old kids who kidnapped a little 2 or 3 year old boy and tortored him as they walked away from a mall? Sticking things in his eyes or something to that effect and then leaving his corpse on a train track to cover the murder up?

They've been granted anonymity and release also.

Yeah I've heard of her awhile back I watched a movie about her & Pauls rampage, Carla was played by some gal who was in the show "That 70's show"
