Scorsese is getting a lot of publicity for that new Avaitor pic he's made. Scorsese on Scorsese and the whole MGM box set was on TCM the 14th and Inside the AActors Studio was on the day before that.

If winners never lose, well, then a loser sure can sing the blues.

On my way to work this morning two DJ's were talking about "The Aviator". One saw it yesterday and the other was questioning him.

They both were outraged that Scorsese hasn't yet won an oscar. The DJ who saw it said it was great, and that Leo did a fantastic job portraying Hughes. Most of it, according to this guy, is before Hughes went "mad". The only negative he had about it was, it was a three hour movie, saying it was too long to go without a bathroom/popcorn break. :p
