Andy Russo Gerry Langella Jackie DeRoss ?

Although they grew up together and were very close, I do not believe there is any type of blood connection between the Langella, DeRoss and the Persicos.

From my understanding, the Persicos and the Russos are first cousins while Vic Orena is loosely related to Carmine Persico.

Andrew is a direct blood cousin of Carmine, a first cousin I believe. Vic was either a second-third cousin or may be related through a distant marriage connection, not necessarily through blood-line.

I Guess that’s why Carmine and Vic didint have a Problem going to WAR with each other and it seems to me they never got Along even before That and from What Michael Franzese says in one of the VladTV Interviews on YouTube that His father and him didint Like Vic neither and said that that Carmine was making a Mistake for making him Acting Boss cause I don’t know if you Know that Vic and Sonny Franzese grew up in Greenpoint part of Brooklyn so I guess they knew Eachother before that and Joel Waverly as well grew up in that Area

I don't know what claims he may have made, because I never watch his shows or podcast. But, what I can say, with certainty, is that neither Vic nor Joe Waverly grew up around the Greenpoint section of Brooklyn. And neither of them were ever close to Sonny, not in age, friendship, or in their travels.

Well from what Michael Franzese said on one of his Interviews he said That Sonny Knew Vic cause they Both grew up on the same Neighborhood I don’t know if he’s Confused and I know that Sonny is 20 years older or more then Vic and I Read somewhere that Joel Waverly Grew up also in the same Neighborhood but I could be wrong I will let you know if I Find out for Sure

Forget about Vic, per se. Because "before" the war, everybody was together with everybody else, understand? And as a kid, he never knew Vic. Not at all. Thats just BS. He would have met him years later as a young adult, understand?

I think Sonny and Michale Franzese were in jail during most of the Persico vs Orena war but I believe they would have aligned with the Persico faction had they been on the streets at that time.

Sonny would have been with Persico because even though they were not always the best of friends, they go way back and have too much history. No way Sonny would have accepted to be under a guy like Vic Orena in my opinion.

Michael was also very close to the Persicos (Allie Boy was his kid's godfather) and he was also close to Andy Mush Russo, who was his capo for a while. Besides, as Bucthie said, Franzese claimed on his podcast that he never really got along with Orena.

The point of my post was to confirm what you were saying as well as giving my two cents on why I believe the Franzeses would have been with the Persico faction if they were on the streets during the war.
