I started this thread to discuss mobsters & members of crime syndicates & gangs in general who were arrested for crimes like rape & pedophilia. I got the idea from a Reddit sub, but since you have to have 50 comment karma to participate, I thought I'd share it here.

Whitey Bulger falls into both categories,although he was never charged.
Mad Sam DiStefano once raped a woman in the bathroom of a restaurant.

Steve Flemmi raped various underage girls during the years.

Not many everybody knows what they do to them in prison/underworld.

Hollander, actually there are/were quite a few.

1) William Biagio Savarino - member of the Trafficante Family arrested for child molestation

2) Cosmo Frasco - captain in the Genovese Family arrested twice for rape

3) Joseph Riccio - Family unknown arrested for rape

4) Frank DioGuardi, soldier in the Lucchese Family arrested for rape

5) Charles Albero, member of the Genovese Family arrested for rape

6) Filippo Giove, associate possible member of the Los Angeles Mafia arrested for rape and wife beating

7) Battisto Salvo, member of the Genovese Family arrested for attempted rape

8) Salvatore Evola, member of the Detroit Mafia arrested for attempted rape

9) Robert Ansoni, associate possible member of the Chicago Outfit arrested for rape

10) Domenico Castigliola, member of New Orleans or Los Angeles Mafia arrested for child abuse and sexual perversion

I've even seen someone say that Bugsy Siegle & Sonny Franzese were rapists. So much for the myth that only ugly, creepy men do that. They were quite handsome, no homo. But facts are facts. The point is that I don't believe in profiling anyone based on appearances or personality, it's often people you least expect.
