Anyway, stupid algorithm blanked out my comment. Someone on Facebook is questioning whether Albert Anastasia's murder was a mob hit or not, ridiculous.

Anastasia's murder was linked to the murder of Frank Scalise.

Now, sometimes, I completely get it. The shooting of Joseph Colombo may very well have not been a mob hit. But Albert Anastasia? Gimme a break.

This reminds me of Calabrese Jr's statement which was made more than a decade after his numerous testimonies or when he began making money out of interviews and "mob tours" around Chicago, that Accardo himself allegedly shot Giancana 5 or 6 times in 1975 when Accardo was 70 years old lol. He never mentioned that info during his testimonies since he was going to solve an "unsolved murder" but years later he suddenly or out of nowhere "remembered" regarding that "small" detail lol
