The last one was in Chicago, for the Family secrets thing. That is the one that stood out to me anyway and we all know on here that there has to be another one brewing with the FEDS patiently waiting for the right moment.

So what are your predictions as to where the next big FBI bust will take place? Do you think there is a possibility that Chicago may have more guys go down in the next 5-10 years considering the FBI has tons of shit on them already? Plenty of people do in fact believe a Family secrets part 2 will bring down certain members of the Outfit who were spared in the first trial.

Other than Chicago, could we actually see the next big FBI takedown take place in New York? If so, what family gets nailed and makes national headline news?

I’ll take a wild shot here, Skinny Joey. I actually don’t think that bust will happen but that would be the biggest possible bust out there in my opinion.

A more realistic guess- One of the more active families would be the next “big” bust, so how about north of the border in Canada? Maybe a big take down in the Rizzuto family?

Whatever, whoever, wherever, or whenever it is you can rest assured about one thing, the scumbag government agents leading the takedown will be out front and center with a grand speech about how they eradicated evil in their city with all kinds of hypocritical talk about their nefarious activities, activities that are only nefarious when the government isn't doing it or controlling it.

Wherever it is, you can bet it'll have to meet two conditions:
1. The takedown will generate the most headlines for the US Attorney and the FBI Special Agent in Charge or Task Force leader;
2. They'll find the least opposition from the local PD looking for their own moments of glory.

I would guess that with the leadership changes necessitated by Frank Cali's untimely death, with the shelving of Cammarano and Zancocchio with the Bonannos, the typical chaos atop the Lucchese regime and the irrelevance of the Colombos, the only real prize left in New York of any real value and the only real uninterrupted reign which may have given the government enough time to build a case of any magnitude would be a case against Barney. Whether or not this is happening, who knows. But if I were an ambitious DA in New York I'd think Barney is the only prize worth having.

I like the guess on Joey - have to assume that the authorities would love to take down someone as visible as him.
