"SITUATIONS VACANT: TECHNICIAN WANTED TO SPRAY FAKE TAN ON 20 NAKED LAPDANCERS Nov 10 2004
Dream job chance
By Lee-Ann Fullerton
BUSINESSMAN Eneas Mullen is looking for someone to help work with naked lapdancers.
He is snowed under with requests for his business, spraying fake tan on the dancers in Scottish clubs.
His friends tell him he has their fantasy job, spending his weekends spraying up to 20 women with self-tan solution.
He said: 'I've sprayed hundreds of girls. They come to me because I'm the best.
'I go out to the clubs every weekend and spray the girls just before they start their shift.
'My pals thought I was winding them up at first when I told them.
'But they realised I really do spray-tan dancers. They can't believe I do it for a living.
'Now they all want a job - and they say they will pay me.'
The former music store director started the job18months ago after a trip to America when he discovered tanning lotions.
Eneas, 46, supplies his solution, Totol Tans, which is made in Glasgow, to salons across the country.
He came up with the idea of approaching lapdancing clubs because he knew the girls were tanning regulars. He said: 'I just called them up and said I could go into the club and do it for them. They were up for it and now I go in every weekend.'
He sprays bodies at Seventh Heaven and the Truffle Club in Glasgow and is looking to expand his business to England.
He said: 'I learned at the beginning that you need to leave your dignity at home and not be embarrassed.
'The girls are not embarrassed with me because I don't leer. I just do it.
'Some girls want their tan all over and some don't.
'I did take a bit of stick at first - some of the girls have tried winding me up.'
Eneas is currently single but says he wouldn't let a jealous girlfriend make him switch jobs.
He said: 'I will have to take people on but I think I'll make sure they are women so I am still the only guy in the business.
'If you want a job you'd better head to Carlisle - - that's where the queue from Scotland had reached the last time I checked.'"
