I'm sure there's more than one thread on good spots in the Bronx but I'm headed to Arthur ave area this weekend coming up for something and I wanna know where I should eat. I know about Dominick's but I'm talking like a hidden gem type place. Not no tourist spot. Appreciate the help. if you don't know about the area and the food... Please don't make any suggestions. I wish pizza boy was around but he's been ghost lately. I know he's the pope of the Bronx on these boards. Let me know...

Artuso's is great.. Left outta there with enough pastries to give a bear diabetes for about $20..

As for restaurants, I haven't been to all of em but Roberto's is my favorite out of the the spots I have been.
