David Chase mentions reading about a boss of the Philly family with a difficult mother while he was first considering The Sopranos. Anyone know whom that might of been?

Link? I've only seen him mention the DeCav's and Bioardo's as the inspiration of the Sopranos. And that the inspiration behind Olivia was Chase's own mother.

I have seen footage of Scarfo's Mother she seemed like a tough old lady with a big mouth and he was all fucked up who knows maybe it was her?
