This activity has been going on forever in Philly area but these old timers have to be careful with social media taking over and cameras everywhere it only makes matters worse for them. They used to be looking for a payoff slip him 500 cash and he disappears for a month but this guy is definitely old school for sure and would love to see the video of this one. Throwing bricks lol.
