You can't use the "Embed" link given on YouTube.

You either use this old method, making sure the url is in the exact same format as shown here:



Or, just copy/paste the short "Share" URL YouTube gives you, then people can click on it:

https://youtu.be/-7x9iKw9PiQ

Thanks for the help but that isn't embedding the video, that's just linking the video to youtube. I want to embed the video so people can see it from the forums. I remember you could do it in the past and I knew how too but has the forum engineers changed that or what?

The forum didn't change, YouTube changed. The software may be updated someday to accommodate it, but this format has been dying so slowly but surely that I wouldn't hold my breath...

I remember some members knowing how to do it but you just had to remove or change some characters in the link.
