I snorted heroin for years, jail usually helps ya get sober.

It's less lethal than using it intravenously.

Being able to snort it has been the main cause of youth becoming addicted to the drug. There was always such a stigma about using needles that many stayed away for that reason, but when better h came around in powder form it changed the game.
And about my teeth I also don't think it was a direct result of opiates and I've never done meth or crack. But what it did do was make me not really give a damn about hygiene or my diet which in turn killed my teeth.

Just lost a very good friend two weeks ago to heroin. That stuff is horrible. Don't no why you would even want to but it's just so widespread it's unbelievable.

I think the H you get in the NE USA, is made in Columbia. The Mexican cartels having taken over most of the smuggling of Columbian drugs. The H is injectable and sniffable and known as #4 Heroin.

Here, in UK we get Afghan H #3. Unlike #4 H, Afghan H can be smoked, (chasing the dragon) on foil. It can be injected but it needs an acid to break the H down (vit c, lemon juice. etc.). NE USA H is a salt and doesnt need heat or acid to make injectable.

Mexican produced H is the H on the streets of West & South USA . A resiny blob known as black tar H. I think its less refined than #4 H. Can also be chased on foil like #3 H.

The Sicilians & lcn in old days also imported #4 H , although purity on street stuff in them days was very low. I think the stuff now has much higher purity.

The " average " user is also different. now its suburban whites , majority of whom made switch from pharmecutical opiates. Read that USA accounted for something like 90% of worlds opiate prescribing. Here in UK you near enough have to be dying to get strong opiates from a Doctor.

USA has huge opiate problem . Your medical community fucked up dishing out opiates for minor pain problems.
Interests me that many parts of NE USA brand their H. This bust wasof "rolex" stamp.

My bad I just assumed that, since I only heard about that way of using heroin in the US. Never heard about it in Europe, even shooting heroin is done by a very small group of people here. Smoking is the preferred method here.
