Can anyone give me the scoop on this guy? I know this was a while back but he was legally declared dead??? then indicted three years later?


The FBI still has him on the most wanted list for White Collar crimes, an associate to the Gambino's.

I'm trying to figure out if he is dead or alive. In one article it says they found a severed foot that is supposed to have been his. In the next article it says the guy they declared dead 3 years ago is now being indicted.
