Anyone have access to the full wire tap convos from the illegal fbi bug in the 60s? I think it was his plumbing supply office in Kenilworth they bugged supposedly got alotta interesting info.
I have read little snippets where he was commenting on joe bonnano and his disappearance but not much else. Def be interesting to read. I know if it exists some of our more knowledgable and resourceful posters can locate it. Thanks guys

For more than just little snippets,I know both "The Mafia Talks" (1969) by Joseph Volz and Peter Bridge and "Sam The Plumber" (1970) by Henry Zeiger are still readily available. These two books are solely devoted to the trials and tribulations of Sam DeCavalcante's life during the period of time the Feds had his office bugged and contain many pages of transcripts as well as the details relating to their content.I've also read in a few places that The New York Times had a series of stories that ran for weeks in 1969 wherein hundreds of pages of transcript were published and discussed. The authors of those books and the writers at the Times did have access to all of the nearly 2,300 pages of transcript compiled from 1961-1965,so you would think they would be available somewhere.

Search at www.abebooks.com under "F.B.I. transcripts". They have a set available but it's very expensive. Email the seller and make an offer because the set has been for sale for years with no takers. Rick, You're very lucky!
