the gambinos only cause carlo was the man and his sons(son) followed his footsteps into crime not as strong or influential but still was in and john gambino now a days seems to be doing something. i don't know if the castellano's are considered a part of the family though related with different last names too they did just as good. i didn't know difronzo was a major family in organized crime.

There are two Gambino families. One is an organized criminal enterprise named after Carlo Gambino. The other is a blood linked clan that often practices mafia as a way of life and which is linked by blood or marriage to at least 3 or 4 other clans which also practice mafia.
