I'm just curious about this guy, he got caught up in the Danny Leo indictment in 07 I believe. I'm goin to assume that he is in Leo's crew. My question is he a BX or Jersey guy? If I knew how to post a articles I would put the indictment up. I guess he is a leg breaker cause they had him on tape using Danny's name as a threat to collect his cash. In one article i read ralph Balsamo was laughing and said of Salzanos strong arm tactics: " Fuckin Charlie, he never knows when to quit" or something like that lol.

Fats was a Harlem guy. He hung around Sally Larca Sr. and those guys. He never had their reputation, though. A lot of people didn't like him. The guy's as big as a house. Literally. He's about 400 pounds.

Remember reading he was shaking down these 2 old brothers from harlem for 50k a month but Leo wanted 100k. The brothers were indicted with them and did time. They didn't cooperate with the feds and they were victims. Think of how hard the feds tried to push them. 2 old italians who were bookies forever. Nope I screwed up last post big time Leo told Charles to up the bookies annual rent from 10k a year to 25k don't know if that's monthly but it says annually. That's a huge difference.
