When Aniello was in the hospital dying was Gotti Officially Acting Underboss or De-Facto when he was running the faction or was he just a sort of Street Boss?

Bilotti was appointed afterwards though, they would've planned before Neil died, Paul had to respect Neil until the moment he died

Bilotti had a brother Joe. Was a tough guy and I believe remained loyal to the Gambino's even after his brother got blown away.
