Title says it all, what books should I get that tell me the most about how the Modern Mob runs today? Hierarchy, money making methods, etc.

The Last Godfather, Surviving the Mob, and Making Jack Falcone are probably some of the most recent books. Operation Family Secrets is fairly recent from Chicago.
