Eugene Bulgarino was originally from New Jersey, where he was associated with members of the Philly Mob, then moved to Arizona in the 1960's and became an associate of Joseph Bonanno and his crew on the West Coast. In the late-70s he moved to Las Vegas. This is a book about his life.
