Maybe the whole east coast or what left on the east coast.
From now on, nothing goes down unless I'm involved. No blackjack no dope deals, no nothing. A nickel bag gets sold in the park, I want in. You guys got fat while everybody starved on the street. Now it's my turn.

I dont think any families take orders from new york today. but if your talking about the past i think the two families that new york has had the most influence over has been the decalvecantes and the philly families, the decalvecantes more because of their close proximity to new york and the philly family because of their bosses relationship with new york bosses. With Angelo Bruno being allies with Gambino, later Scarfo being close with Bobby Manna, Stanfa was also close with the Gambinos but after he went to Jail and Merlino came to power phillys and New yorks close relationship pretty much ceased to exist. And since Vinny Ocean flipping and so many indictments in the late 90s and early 2000s that has lead to the decalvecantes current much weakened state New York really has no need for the decaves to be taking orders from them. Yeah, I think the days of NY giving other families their marching orders are over. That said, NY does still seem to have a certain amount of influence over the remaining families within their reach, i.e. New Jersey, Philadelphia, and New England.

Lol at new york fearing philly in any way, not that there would ever be a war in this day in age anyway. They would most likely partner together if it was mutually beneficial like how scoops licatas north jersey crew partners with the lucchese jersey crew with some bookmaking and gambling. As for philly having more mob hits, here is a pretty good lists of mob connected hits or attempted hits since 2000,courtesy of ivyleague, the lists pretty much shows where the majority of the mob hits take place.
Hits and misses, mob-related or otherwise...
2000 - Lucchese associates Anthony and Charles DiGirolamo killed. 2000 - Rochester associate Anthony Vaccaro killed. 2000 - Philadelphia associate John Beebee wounded. 2000 - New England associate Paul Maiorano killed. 2000 - Philadelphia associate Carmen Perrotta wounded. 2001 - Chicago Outfit lieutenant Anthony Chiaramonti killed. 2001 - Detroit associate John Jarjosa Jr. killed. 2001 - Philadelphia associate Adam Finelli killed. 2001 - Philadelphia associate Carmen Perrota wounded. 2001 - Bonanno associate Frank Santoro killed. 2001 - Colombo soldier Joseph Campanella wounded. 2001 - New England associate Leonard Rosenberg killed. 2001 - New England associate Peter DeVito killed. 2001 - Gambino associate Konstantinos Boulis killed. 2002 - Philadelphia soldier Raymond Martorano killed. 2002 - Gambino associate Martin Bosshart killed. 2002 - Gambino associate Darren D'Amico wounded. 2002 - Buffalo captain Frank BiFulco wounded (robbery). 2002 - Genovese associate Dino Bogino wounded. 2002 - New England associate Mark Eldridge killed. 2002 - Detroit associate Gerard Bianchette killed. 2003 - Philadelphia associate John Casasanto killed. 2003 - Genovese captain Adolfo Bruno killed. 2003 - Colombo soldier Joseph Campanella wounded. 2003 - Lucchese soldier Albert Cirelli killed (personal beef). 2003 - Genovese associate Joseph Mazzotta killed. 2003 - Genovese associate Vincent DeVito wounded. 2003 - Gambino associate John Gurino killed (personal beef). 2003 - Genovese associate Charles Moretto killed (robbery). 2003 - Genovese associate Gary Westerman killed. 2004 - Bonanno associate Rudolph Pizzolo" killed. 2004 - Gambino associate Preston Geritano killed. (personal beef). 2004 - Genovese associate Nicholas Cirillo missing. 2004 - New England associate Patrick Squillante killed. 2005 - Genovese acting captain Lawrence "Larry" Ricci killed. 2005 - Gambino extortion victim Joseph Generoso wounded. 2005 - Bonanno associate Robert McKelvey killed. 2006 - Chicago Outfit lieutenant Anthony Zizzo disappeared. 2006 - Gambino captain Carmine "Top Tomato" Sciandra wounded (personal beef). 2007 - Genovese soldier Rudolph Izzi killed. 2007 - Gambino associate Robert DeCicco wounded. 2007 - Lucchese soldier Frank Lagano killed. 2007 - Vincenzo Orilia stabbed by Genovese associate Joseph Bonelli (personal beef). 2008 - Genovese associate William Marcucci killed (killed by son, not really mob related). 2008 - Genovese robbery victim Louis Antonelli killed. 2008 - Bonanno associate Frank Fresca killed. 2009 - Bonanno soldier Anthony Seccifico killed. 2009 - Genovese/Bonanno associate Vincent Zarcone wounded. 2010 - Philadelphia associate Ronald Maniscalco killed. 2011 - Lucchese associate Peter Argentina wounded (personal beef). 2011 - Bonanno member Salvatore Montagna killed. 2011 - Mark Iacano stabbed and wounded by Genovese associate Benny Geritano. 2012 - Mario Imbesi (testified against Genovese Frank Roche) killed. 2012 - Philadelphia associate Gino DiPietro killed. 2013 - Nunzio Fusco stabbed and wounded by Genovese associate Benny Geritano. (personal beef) 2013 - Bonanno associate Enzo Stagno shot and wounded.
What the hell? I'm really surprised because I thought a lot more mobsters were whacked in a given year. In fact, many of these victims were associates. I guess I was influenced by stories about gang warfare and the Sopranos.
You shit-kicking, stinky, horse-manure-smelling motherfucker you! If you ever get out of line over there again, I'll smash your fucking head so hard you won't be able to get that cowboy hat on. You hear me? Fucking hick. -Nicky (Casino)

Genovese are probably smarter, but would that not make them want to avoid crazy types like the gangs in Philly ? The last thing I would think they would want is trouble from another city making it's way into New York. And I am just guessing that Philly would not be willing to listen to any orders given by an outside family. What? You can't possibly be serious... Economical diversity, overall wealth, stability, reliability and a strict administration are the main factors that separate top-tier families from all the other mob "leftovers". Not guns. Not anymore. Besides, Philly has once again shown how messy and amateurish can become when there's no one keeping all those hoods in line. If Bellomo says jump, they better reply "how high?".

"the philly mob, the five families, and blacks have what to do with each other? " If the Five Families don't want anything to do with the Philly Mob because they're like a street gang, then the Five Families would also be afraid of black street gangs. So they would take orders from them. ...And the Chicago outfit would take orders from this guy:
