I've read more than once to infiltration of the Camorra, N'drangheta, Cosa Nostra in South America, but there are, according to you, local organizations, Argentine or Brazilian Italian, like LCN in USA?
(I have taken as an example Argentina and Brazil because there was a lot of Italian immigration)

If you mean independent Italian-Argentine or Italian-Brazilian groups then no.

There are tons of OC groups in S. America and (due to immigration) I'm sure some members are of Italian origin but no Italian-only like the American LCN for instance.

I think the Sicilian Cun trera-caruna clan had set a presence in South America in the 70s and 80s, not sure about today though. Also it seems that if a guy in Italy was on the run(and was going to leave the country), South America might be a fairly common place they might go to, especially if they have contacts there.
