I saw this show on the military channel last night quite disturbing. They had historians speculating that hoover might have been part black. I found this far fetched but it could be true since he had a darker complexion when he was younger plus black facial features

According to some "historians" Eisenhower and Coolidge were also black.

I don't see it. The military channel said that people will just remember him as some old white man but he might have had some black in him since his campaign to find those civil rights workers he took very personally. There are a lot of contradicting statements about him in general they also made a American Gangster Bio Flick on him profiling blacks as well.
