Any ideas or thoughts on how Uncle Joe's trial is going to play out? Will he get the book thrown at him like Moussie? I say just based on the recent sentences handed down, that he's gonna get atleast 15 and his days might just be numbered. Not to say he won't still run things while in the cage but I for see a lengthy sentence...

I think he'll get a sentence less than 10 years.

I think hell get another mistrial and then well see what the feds do. Case is insanely weak. Of course that could change if feds get an informer whose made unlike that fuck Monicello.

I think Ligambi walks after his second trial. The fact that the prosecution couldn't get a single conviction to stick shows how weak the charges are. But 15 years is way too long a sentence if he does get convicted. He's only being charged with 5 counts and has a short rap sheet.

MORGAN: Why didn't you fight him at the park if you wanted to? I'm not goin' now, I'm eatin' my snack.
CHUCKIE: Morgan, Let's go.
MORGAN: I'm serious Chuckie, I ain't goin'.
WILL: So don't go.

If Joe and Georgie walk - Philly will be strengthened bigtime. Think both have a good shot as charges are awful and evidence very week. A lot hangs in the hands of Nico and Dame but feel they are both stand up and ready to do time.

Lol "he has a short rap sheet", when you get your pre sentencing report it even includes crimes you may not have been convicted of. I'm pretty sure the judge and/or federal prosecutor might not be to psyched about his previous murder conviction.

That's at the judge's discretion, but he's not suppose to use his murder trial since he was acquitted.

I am just shocked that he didn't receive bail after the first trial. This seems like an injustice to me.

And my prediction is retirement in Florida for Uncle Joe after trial 2.

Because the judge said he was a danger to the community

I think the mob has to update and change there rules, tweek them alittle have the smart college mobster edit them for future turncoats testimony. how many times is a d.a. gonna say to a judge in sentencing like they just did at damion c. thing. his loyalty is not to his wife and kids but to the lcn mafia. that shit is tired. the lcn needs to rewrite there induction laws to get around that. get rid of there if we told you to kills your son cause he's a informer you do it, get rid of that bs. stick to the where a family so you family is are family or there gonna keep getting the loyalty to the lcn at sentencing.
