So lets get this straight. Joe Ligambi and Borgesi, with no violence in the indictment, and the whole thing related to video poker machines, who beat a trial; dont get bail. But this scumbag from Ohio, who rapes and kidnaps young children, is somehow not as grave a threat to society and is allowed bail?

They have become so obsessed by the mob (in this case the philly street gang of 10 geriatrics) that it is often forgotten that raptists and murders often get bail. In CA things have become so f'ed up that they essentially have to release dangerous criminals from the state prisons to be sent back to the counties that dont even have the resources to track them. The Mob should go to CA- people are serving like 1/3rd of their sentence and then cannot be traced on probation.
