The biggest mistake I see at the gym is form. Many guys go way too heavy and they cheat or they really don't use a good range of motion at all. They just want to impress the other guys and girls in the gym. It doesn't really matter how much you lift, it matters if your form is right. I didn't get 16.5 inch ripped arms and great 6 pack abs from working out the wrong way. These dues need to wake up.

Another big mistake: Guys focusing just on Top half, remember those legs and your neck! I spend 15mins on my neck in a session, you don't want a pencil neck when your wearing your suit!

Yes, shoulder shruggs are also good for the neck, not just traps.

Have you took any really good multivitamins? There's something called Anavite, which is made by Gaspari Nutritian and It's 3 supplements in one pill. I took some samples and it gave me a ton of energy.
