I know it's been gone over before that Sonny has a regime in the book, but not in the movie. But who the "our people" that Sonny is send over to the house the night of the Don's shooting? At that point he didn't trust Clemenza, and did not want any of his men. I don't think he was refering to any of Tessio's people either. Who was he talking about?

It was Tessio's regime. And You're right about Sonny not having a regime in the Movie, but yes to the book. In the deleted scene Sonny ordered Tessio to dispatch 50 good men. I assume that Tessio sent half to the Hospital to guard their wounded master and the other half to gaurd the mall property.

In the movie by the time Michael visits his father in the hospital some of the men could have been clemenza's as clemenza was cleared of being a possible traitor by that time.

good point, I can't aruge with a dialogue piece like that. I might have been thinking of how both regimes joined forces when they really did go to the mattresses against the Tattalias and other families of New York.

Although it is not expressly stated in GFI that Sonny had a regime, it is implied. Afterall, he does say "our people" which is nothing else except a reference to the members of his regime.
Alot of what is spelled out in the book is not in the movie. References to members of the capos' regimes are simply efforts to bolster the number of troops available to the family as it deals with the war.

Nah, Sonny didn't have a regime. I mean there is no reference or anything that make us believe he did. And its also possible that Sonny was an Underboss in the movie, unlike the Novel.
When he said "Our people" he was reffering to members of the organization
