The grayhaired, tall guy is Vincent "Pajamas" Pagano. The big guy is Vincent Filipelli. The guy standing on the left seems to be Frank Martines, Stanfa´s acting underboss at the time.
But the guy with his back against the camera (in light suit) is unknown to me.

The guy handcuffed to Scarfo is Faffy Iannarella

The older guy behind Stanfa is Al Pagano, Frank Martines is the guy left of Pagano, and to his right Vince Filipelli. The guy with his back turned is Gino Tripodi. The guy who shows up a bit later next to Filipelli is Veasy.

I believe that is Frank "Faffy" Iannarella.

He was a captain under Scarfo. He's still in prison. Due out in 2016, I think.

I think its Frank "Faffy" Ianarella and behind them is Leonetti.
