True, but you can't silence a revolver. If your not worried about the noise then i would think a .357 is a pretty good choice, better yet a 12 gauge. BA BOOM!! But no way i'd ever use a .22, i know the CIA used to like using silenced 22's but imo .22's are only good for target shooting. Just too weak a round.
