Does any one know if there are any Social Clubs in East Boston?

I was in Boston on business and was driving to Logan. I was at a stoplight at Meridian and Saratoga. I saw what looked like a greeting between 2 guys - the kiss on the cheek. Then, they went into a door next to a Pizza Shuttle that just said "Private Club".

I am just curious.....but what I saw was out of friggin movie.

Yup. There's a lot of them.
The North End has many too...most are connected to religious societies: Sant'Antonio da Padova di Montefalcione, Sant'Agrippina, San Giuseppe, La Madonna dell (I don't remember what)...and many others.

I know that there has to be a nice Sant'Alfio club somewhere in the suburbs too.
