Who here thinks Vito is goodlooking for a old guy and what do you all think of his personality?

To answer your question Vito is a distinguished looking gentleman. But there is a lot more to the man. Upon first glance he comes across as a quiet humble man. But in reality Vito is a cold blooded murderer who was a product of what he lived through and experienced as a child. Vito did what he had to do to survive.

The old Vito was more distinguished looking than good looking. As far as personality, he seemed kind, quiet, generous and loved his family.

Of course, all this is fine and well, but he also was the head of a very powerful/dangerous mafia family. wink Can't help but like the "good" side of Vito tho.

He looked great in the beginning, in the tux, but after that in most scenes, he looked like everyones grandfather. grin

The novel described that Vito Corleone in his tux to a new observer might even be the lucky groom, so I guess he was considered good looking male for his age. He was a family man and protected his family. He was a man who lived in a harsh world and therefore he needed to be sicilian to survive in America.

i think vito was good looking for his age, and he was charming. he was elegant and smart. well at the begining, later as he got shot i think he just became a sick man. but i still liked him though.
