Right before Michael gets hit with "the thunderbolt," (and right before Apollonia gets hit with it too) she says something in Sicilian to her friends. Then she looks up and sees Pacino and freezes. What does she say to her friends? "My father's name was... Antonio Andolini. And this is for you!"
