This topic has been around over 2 years and I somehow missed it... whistle

As mentioned on the GF Site, I saw it (Cav-Pag) performed by The Metro Lyric Opera of New Jersey in 1996, in nearby Asbury Park -- conducted by Anton Coppola himself! cool

I studied Italian for 2 semesters. Not once was a "C" pronounced as a "G", and never was a trailing "I" ignored! And I'm from Jersey! tongue lol

The weird thing is I couldn't Find Pag. too, only Cav.

He - (Simón Bolívar) - was shaken by the overwhelming revelation that the headlong race between his misfortunes and his dreams was at that moment reaching the finishing line. The rest was darkness. "Damn it," He sighed. "How will I ever get out of this labyrinth!"

So what’s the labyrinth?

That’s the mystery isn’t it? Is the labyrinth living or dying? Which is he trying to escape - the world, or, the end of it?

YAY! I FOUND PAG. it was at Best Buy. grin

Here is where it was recorded

Metropolitan Opera House
February 28, 1948 Matinee Broadcast

it is really cool, it still has the little static from the recording and everything
