To name just one would be a crime!

In GFI it has to be the Sollozzo killing. Not just the actual scene at Louis', but the whole buildup starting when they are sitting around eating the Chinese food at the Corleone compound. It just has great tension and the music is wonderful. The sounds of the subway overhead are brilliant!

GFII- The "stepped over" scene with Michael and Fredo. I love the way it's shot starting with how everything in the foreground(including Michael and Fredo) are blacked out. Outside the beautiful lake with the snow hitting the windows. Fredo letting out all his emotions on something that has obviously been building for a while.

GFIII- Agreement with a lot of others around here, that the ending on the steps of the opera house, to the flashbacks of Michael dancing with Mary, Kay, and Apollonia.

Have to agree with you on your favorite scene from GF II. Simply said its great acting, hell its amazing acting from Cazale, I think thats how you spell it. He he my mind never got the credit for his strong performance of the slow, weak Corleone.

This is like asking what is your favorite song, or food. There is so much to choose from. It is all so great.

I enjoy some of the comic scenes, like:

"leave the gun, take the cannoli"

"he made me look ridiculous, and a man in my position can't afford to look risiculous" (he looked pretty ridiculous at the time"

Frankie and the "can of peas."

The landlord groveling in fron of Don Corleone as he keeps lowering the rent.

Vito mocking Johnny Fontaine in the "You can act like a man" scene.

Bridget Fonda sneaking past Abbandondo.

Michael mocking Vincent saying "what you wannt be for me? tough guy?"

And of course the unintentionally funny (and bad) performance by Eli Walllach in GF III.

"Io sono stanco, sono imbigliato, and I wan't everyone here to know, there ain't gonna be no trouble from me..Don Corleone..Cicc' a port!"

"I stood in the courtroom like a fool."

"I am Constanza: Lord of the idiots."
