I think, if Carmine Corronda looks like anyone from The Godfather Part II, it's Frankie Pentangeli's brother, Vincenzo Pentangeli, in my opinion, who Michael Corleone summoned to Frankie's testimoney hearing during Michael's trial.

Yeah, He looks like A younger Vincenzo Pentangeli, but I still think he looks most like Tony Montana.

The picture posted here is kind of too dark to tell, but I took a look at Lebo's book and, quite honestly, I don't see the resemblance.

"Carmine Corronda" in that photo is actually FFC's father, Carmine Coppola.
