has anyone here ever wondered why Rocco Lampone moved up so fast?
Maybe it was for the movie, and the sequel to come, but in the novel it's the Don that has the eye on Rocco. In fact, he tells Michael to keep an eye on him , that he's a good man.
how can the Don know something like that, without ever speaking to Rocco? and why the sudden, rapid rise?
