Hi GF buffs. I am new to this site and enjoying quite a bit so far.
I have a question about two terms used in the movies.
1)Passadevante. I am sure I have misspelled this as I cannot find anything on the web about it. Michael uses it quite a bit in the third movie and I am not sure what it means.
2)Bourgess. Again, I think I am misspelling this term. Michael uses it in the third movie in Vatican city after he has a heated meeting with members of International Immobilarie. As he is using this term, he and his entourage run into the young Father Hagen (the late Tom Hagen's son).
Can anyone provide translations for this?
Thanks.

Borgia = the Borgias, an infamous middle ages Italian family that dominated Italian politics and government. And also the Church

"Buff" has some exciting possibilities. Imagine if Michael had intended to tell Tom, "Things might get buff--and we know how embarrassed you are by the size of your, uh, member..."
