Cause I would like to buy out the Washington Redskins and punch Dan Snyder in his ugly short fat face. And fire his little puppet Vinny Cerrato. HIRE A HEAD COACH ALREADY!!!WTF!! Oh wait, maybe no self-respecting head coach wants to walk into an organization- with already hand picked by the "prince" himself- coordinators! WOW, that's an idea.
I swear, retarded children would run that team with more intelligence and compassion. Idiot, loser.
If Santana Moss, Portis, and Randle-El decided to up and leave. I will refuse to watch football. Yes, I'm being dramatic, but it's true. Sorry. =(
I'm sorry. Redskins Nation is in current confusion and disarray.

I know there's more to life. And I also know there are 8 more months. Thanks, guys. It just bothers me when people look at our team, not for its players but the horrible evil that IS Dan Snyder. And seriously, if I had the money, or if I one day get it, that's my first acquisition. Meanwhile, after I have relaxed a bit- how bout them Giants?! Man, I was so happy for them. And I love Eli. Ok, no more bad rants. I'm cool now. You know I only post when it's absolutely importante.

Actually, I will re-post what I said on January 26th only because it seems appropriate for this thread. I originally posted it in the "Random Sports Whoring" thread: I've had it with Al Davis! How am I supposed to be a Raider fan when Al Davis is apparently trying his hardest to make the team a heaping pile of elephant crap? He has supposedly written a letter of resignation for Coach Lane Kiffin and expects him to sign. What a freakin' joke! I respect Kiffin for being the only person in Raider history to stand up to Davis and say "I dare you to fire me" because then he would still make his $4 million. I don't know if Davis is senile or what, but he has definitely gone crazy. How could he expect Kiffin to take a team that has been at the bottom for four years and expect anything more than a 4-12 season? Kiffin needs time to rebuild! The one thing Lane Kiffin did that no coach has been able to do since their 2002 Superbowl appearance is keep the team focused and trying to win. There were no public complaints from the players like there has been in the past, which were usually lead by the dog Randy Moss. For the first time in five years Raider fans have hope. With young Lane Kiffin leading the team with talented Jamarcus Russell waiting to be the quarterback of the future, Raider fans couldn't help but feel like the team was going somewhere, finally! And then Al Davis has to open his mouth and shove all of our hearts into the garbage disposal. If only it was possible to fire the owner of a team. Al Davis needs to go. It's impossible for me to switch allegiance to another team, but right now it's also impossible to be a Raider fan. Thank you for reading my rant if in fact you made this far.

Boy, it's good to be a Giants fan! When was the last time you said that!? January 27th, 1991.

GIANT Def Coordinator Steve Spagnola is out of the running for head coach of your team. He's decided to stay with the GIANTS and has signed a contract with them. Thank goodness. (I'm sorry pacino princess.) But don't despair, I hear that Jim Fassel, if he hasn't already done so as of this post by me, is about to sign on as Head Coach. Personally I liked Fassel when he coached the GIANTS, and I think that he'll do a good job in Washington. Good Luck pacino princess!

I don't know much about Fassel, but I heard he kind of fell off at the end of his last job? I have to do more research though. Thanks for the love , DC.
=)
Skins 08. Fassel was a good coach whom I really felt bad for when he was fired from the GIANTS. At the time I didn't agree with them firing him. The complaint about him with GIANT ownership was that he was too "loose" disciplinary wise with the veterans on the team and that he eventually let the inmates run the cellblock. There actually was some truth to that because in his last year in New York the team went 4 - 12 that season. It was as though they stopped playing for him. In 7 years as GIANTS coach he led them to 1 Conference Championship, 2 Division Championships, 1 Super Bowl appearance, and finished with an overall record of 5 wins over .500 as a head coach in New York. In 1997 he was named NFL coach of the year. I think that you'll like Fassel, I always have. And if the Redskins ever do get around to hiring him, I will be rooting for him to do well there......except when he plays my GIANTS!

Well, I'm a Cowboy fan; and it's still more than a month before we even get to watch the draft, but what the heck, I'm already geared up to start talking 2008 Redskins football with pacino princess. Jim Zorn is definitely known as a top offensive Guru, absolutely one of the best. The Skins have had some rough times, but it looked to finally start to come together last season - I thought they were easily the hottest team in the league to close the year, and were starting to find their game even before Taylor's death re-energized them. Let's not forget that Sean missed the last cpl of games before his death, due to injury. They played Dallas the week before his murder--Sean was injured--and WOULD have beaten the Cowboys if not for the officials. After Sean's death, and a tough loss to Buffalo, they went up to Minnesota and thrashed a Viking team that looked poised to make the playoffs. And after a revenge victory over the Cowboys to end the season, the Skins were looking very tough heading into the playoffs. At his retirement press conference, Joe Gibbs said that he honestly thought they would win the NFC. I agree. If someone had told me that an NFC East team OTHER than Dallas would go to the Super Bowl, I would have for sure thought it to be the Skins, NOT the Giants. I can't believe that the boring ol' Seahawks ended their run. As for the upcoming NFL Draft (April 26), it's always interesting to see what owners like Daniel Snyder are going to do. He's one of those types who might trade away his entire draft for one pick. I'm not real sure what needs they have, but this yr's draft supposedly contains a plethora of defensive backs -- a rarity of sorts in the NFL- and I'm sure they would like to find someone to replace #21.
