That cigarettes will go up by another 10p Roll your own.  I was talking to this guy who rolls his own cigarettes, and he told me that he buys a standard one ounce bag of tobacco for about two dollars a bag. He said if you roll them right, you can squeeze 200 cigarettes out of that. Of course, you still have to pay for rolling papers and whatnot, but I'm sure that it's cheaper than five dollars for a pack of twenty.
