Don't hate, but I actually found this movie pretty funny.

I got "The Godson" as a gift for Christmas from a friend of mine. I know for a fact, he bought it from a "Family Video", and I think he blew a $5 bill on it. After the first few scenes I turned it off and I haven't got it near my VCR since. I thought it was obnoxious and stupid.

For a funny movie based on the mob, you should check out Jane Austen's "Mafia". It was stupid too, but I found it funny and more enjoyable to watch because the characters were less irritating and it had more accurate spoofs about the GF. Here's its link:

'The Freshman' is also a good parody. With Brando, Bruno Kirby, another GF actor, and Ferris Bueler. And it was not only a good parody, but also a wellmade film on its own.

Mafia and The Freshman are both very funny and all GF fans should see both.

Freshman was a OK movie on its own. But as a GF spoof, I was expecting more references...
