I wouldeve like to have seen Connie take over the family.A female running things for a while would have been a fresh twist in the storyline.Also as she aged her children could slowly become involved in the building of the family.Just my thoughts.

I think her impact on the family would be to have the ear of whoever was in charge, the way she was with Vincent in Part III.

Connie's sons. They could come and challenge Vincent for the Donship. Then what would Connie do?

That might make for a interesting conflict of interests, especially since Connie helped Vincent rise to power.

I really don't recall seeing them there. However there were so many people at that party. I have to look closely the next time I watch it, when they take the family picture, to see if there are any unrecognizable men in that scene.
