Can't say I remember it, but I would say dropping it also. How embarrassing. Brando's not accepting was not funny as much as stupid IMHO. I know this isn't part of your question, but you wanna talk funny. Years ago some "Joe nobody" streaked the Academy award show, running right across the camera naked. Now, that was funny. He even had is fifteen minutes of fame, as he was on Johnny Carson the next night. TIS
