Year on year it changes. The AFC North was traditionally weak until 2 years ago with three serious play off contenders. Now it's weak again but nobody predicted Baltimore would be off the radar.
I'll make a case for the NFC South for strongest. Questions about Tampa being for real were raised last week with a lucky win over Detroit but I think they are aslong as they don't overwork the Cadillac and he remains healthy. Atlanta, even with Vick going down beat what we thought was a Vikings resurgance. Carolina are still good and NO are playing with a lot of heart.
NFC North is the weakest. That division could be won with a 7-9 record.

NFC East - strongest, but .... is Washington for real 3-0, can Dallas find a defense. I think the Giants might be for real and Philly has proven to be resilient.
NFC North - weakest. The Black and Blue division is now the Gray and Pastel Blue. What else can you say.
It seems every division has one wimpy team. Time will tell.
