where is the rocket launcher located from the guy with one arm?
any suggestions on the easiest way to beat the final mission before the credits?

If you're talking about Vice City I think I can help. If you drive toward the Airport, just before you get there, on the left side of the cross-roads, is a big building that you can walk under, with a swimming pool. There's a rocket launcher in there. If you get the rocket launcher, then save at the the car show room, you can then go back and there will be another one. Keep collecting till you have enough ammo.
The last mission is pretty easy if you know how. Firstly, kill everyone you see with an auto-aim weapon, such as the Uzi. When Lance appears, just keep chasing him, you can't kill him yet so just keep running at him and he'll run away. Then, when you get to the top, use the chain gun on him. Same goes for the big boss downstairs. If you're having difficulty, make sure you have a flak jacket, and also do all the pizza missions cos from then on you have 150 health. Good luck.

woops...im talkin bout gta3! i just beat the last mission which was at the cochrane dam. im looking for the tank however. i remember seeing it in a mission with the one armed guy. i cant find the location now though.

Shit sorry about that. I've not played GTA for years so I can't remember much, but if you type in giveusatank when you're playing the game (Don't pause it or anything), and a tank will drop down next to you. Hope this helps.

Vice CIty shits all over GTA3

the guys place is either in the far north or south of teh second island. after you beat the last mission its should be at his base, doors unlocked. you shoudl also be able to buy weapons from this guy after you beat the mission involving him.

Yeah right! Vice city does have car damage, motorbikes and a ton of new things but gta 3 had the mafia, the gloomy weather and cool bridges.I love them both but 3 is better.

i think their both about the same.
