Am I the only one who sees Amnesia all over the 6th season? Just a wild guess, but let me know what you think about it:
I think Tony will lose his memory, he wont remember a thing about his life, about his family, the other family, the crimes etc. He will be back in his house, but no one will talk to him about his former work as the boss. But when some people will try to take advantage of his situation, it will all suddenly come back to him, just in the right minute he'll remember who he is and he will kick the shit out of the people who tried to exploit his situation.
You could be on to something. That would be quite dramatic - in a sense, he would be something of a hero coming to his own rscue so to speak. But I still wonder how int he world the writers are going to improve his medical condition in such a short time. he is in serious trouble. perhaps they wil fast forward the timeline. Otherwise, he's not going to be able to reassume substantive control of the family.

He could be out of commision for a while. Even if he gets out of the coma, he won't be back on his feet for awhile. That gives room for a power struggle.
