When Michaels daughter is shot and he delivers that scream at the end, i actually thought he was dead then, because he was suffering from Diabetes and when hewas stressed it was worse. So when his face transformed into that grimace i really thought he was dead

No, not at all. I guess it helps to be a parent, to have a few decades of life behind you so that you have had the time and experience to develop certain perceptions about people and life. I could feel his agony and his his utter emotional exhaustion and hopelessness. Too late he realized that, in the end, there is only family and he failed to protect his.

But I did think that michael was shot. Then it appeared as if the bullet pierced mary and reached michael. I am still not sure... it did look that way. Anyone knows?

Although I admit it is mildly entertaining to watch once a year or so, I like to pretend GF3 was never made, and if somebody says 'Michael Corleone' to me, I think of the young, ruthless man of GF1 and 2, not the crying, regretful old fool of GF3, to me that is not Michael Corleone, although Pacino gave a great performance, GF3 is terrible (imo)

wink

No man is without guilt. Even Michael Corleone. GFIII was a necessary and perfect ending to the trilogy.

The perfect ending would have been to not make it a trilogy and leave perfection alone

but thats just me smile
