Well, let's find out a (somewhat) complete mediation of all of the members on this board interested.

I know a lot of you don't like the idea of a GF4 but just simply discussing about it is no crime... the members around here seem to have lost interest in this entire category, while it is one of the things I'm most interested in. But I can't have discussions with my own, now can I?

At least not too long :p

I think part of the movie should be Vito's rise to power in the late 1920's to early 1930's(kind of like Ricardo's Treatment) and the second half starting with Vincent at Michael's funeral and his struggle of being a Don.

I don't want to disturb this treat, but it's been asked a 1000 times on this board. I don't think another treat is good. If you search around you can find enough opinions.

I know it has been, and I know most of you get sick of it by now. but I thought it would be nice to see some sort of 'final' overview about what would be the most popular story choice....

I voted for the 1960's-70's about Michael turning legitamate. I'm not sure how this could be done with al getting up there, but i'm curious tosee a movie with that plot.

Why does the poll require a vote in part 2 even if you've voted NO in part 1?

i did vote no, but if there had to be one made i would like to see the years of Vito's rise to power, getting shot in the neck, finding Tom, Sonny making his bones years. i could care less about Vincent years.

Michael & Vincent's story from the time GF III ended (before Mike's death scene, of course) until the present. From the looks of Pacino at the end of GF III when he dies, Michael's death probably happened around the year 2015.

I voted NO myself, even though I'm extremely interested in all GF4 stories and ideas.

Yes, I realize that. However, if I don't think a GFIV should be made in the first place, then I should not be required to answer a question of what should be about IF it were made anyway.

Therefore, my NO vote cannot be counted, because I have no vote to cast in Part 2.

Good thing this isn't an election that means anything. Off to another topic....

well I'm sorry poll voters MUST vote for the story ideas, I'm not so experienced on creating polls. if I could edit it I would change it, and in future polls I will think of it, AppleOnYa.

but I don't want to be a big pain in the ass, but even though you're very very much against another movie (like I said, I voted "no" myself!), is it so hard to think of what would be a nice story, just for five seconds... sorry you couldn't waive your vote.

thinking of a story idea even though not making the actual picture isn't a bad thing you know, Coppola and Puzo themselves did the exact same thing!!!

If I don't think the film should be made in the first place, then there IS no 'nice story' that I could possibly think of. But that's just me so don't let it get to ya. Coppola/Puzo did, because at the time a GFIV was a consideration. Since Puzo's death, Coppola has apparently decided not to go forward with it.

And by the way, my vote WAS waived, because without answering in part 2 I was unable to record my vote in part 1.
