He wasn't real close with Scarfo(they were close but not like Scarfo and Merlinos once were) and because of his more old fashoined way of doing things and his guys being from.Chester and other parts of delco Scarfo wasnt making guys for him. Had he they would still have a crew in Chester today but when The Old Man died his associates who made good money for family went there own way and a few are still around making money.
